Here at the EDA, we’re particularly optimistic about several of the key components of our newly released 2023 Annual Report.
We believe that the biggest news is the progress we’ve made in preparing new sites for businesses. The last 12 months have seen great advances in making commercial properties available for new business operations. We now have options we can present to potential employers ranging from scalable light-manufacturing space, to graded land, to sprawling parcels spanning dozens of acres.
Of course, our optimism is also driven by the anticipation of the many new jobs that will come to the county once these sites are occupied!
